My name is Hardesh Kumar Sharma and I’ve been a tester for over 4 years now. In the past, I worked as a QA  Engineer in Credence System Pvt Ltd. Right now,  I am working in ANR Software Pvt Ltd as a QA Engineer. I have also deployed Quality Center in my current organization. I have also a certified professional of Rational Functional Tester Tool , Six Sigma Green Belt and ISTQB

Project Name     :  Maid Brigade Client Communications Manager

Description: The proposed system divided into "CCM" and "MRI" modules.

Client Communication Manager (CCM): CCM is designed to assist Franchises to preserve clients by providing automated prompts to execute certain actions on prospects/clients specification. It provides interfaces to view actions to be completed on the Current day and to execute or decline or reschedule the actions. And there is a provision to view upcoming actions for the next 30 or 90 days. CCM-Users are classified as 1.Administrator, 2.Manager and 3.CSR. CSR will have access only to view campaigns and message templates. Administrator or Manager shall have access to view CCM Removed Clients and can Restore the CCM Removed Clients / Inactive Clients. Administrator can add new Users, edit their information and change the user privileges.

 Marketing Reporting Interface (MRI): MRI will provide a reporting interface to allow the Marketing department to analyze results from campaigns. This module includes features available for the Marketing personnel to view reports of campaign and can ADD/modify/remove campaigns, and that these can be distributed to all the associated franchisees. This allows marketing department personnel to see reports of franchises performance, reports of Prospects/Clients associated with a particular franchise. Authorized User can login to Franchisees level; user can enter into the system as a Franchisee. Administrator can add new Users, edit their information and change the user privileges.
